You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know if you’d like to return it.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  • You’ll need to cover the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty.
  • We’ll refund the item(s) and standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving your return.

Exceptions (non-returnable unless faulty):

⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please get in touch within 30 days of delivery.

  • We’ll offer a repair, replacement, or full refund.
  • Return postage is on us.

???? Returns for Business Customers (B2B)

  • Returns accepted at our discretion within 7 days of delivery.
  • Goods must be unopened, in resaleable condition.
  • Restocking fees may apply.
  • Faulty goods will be repaired or replaced in line with your statutory rights.

Custom-made or non-stock items are non-returnable, unless faulty.
